Ordering
How long until my order ships?
Production takes 2-6 business days depending on the item, then standard US transit is 3-6 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't entered production. Email support@gruntix.com within 12 hours of ordering.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders?
We do. Email us with quantities and we'll quote you.
Sizing and fit
How do your tees fit?
True to size with a relaxed unisex cut. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up.
Will the print crack or fade?
Not if you treat it right. Wash inside out in cold water, hang dry or tumble low, and skip the iron on the print itself.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery is typically 10-20 business days. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
When is shipping free?
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $75.
Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
Different product types are produced in different facilities, so they sometimes ship separately. There's no extra charge.
Returns
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund. You don't need to return the original.
Can I return something I simply don't want?
Made-to-order items can't be restocked, so we can't take change-of-mind returns. Wrong sizes can be exchanged within 30 days.

What are your tees made of?
Mid to heavyweight 100% ringspun cotton, with cotton and poly blends on some heather colours.
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, dishwasher and microwave safe.
