Shipping & Delivery
Every Gruntix order is printed after you place it, so there are two parts to the timeline: production, then transit.
Production time
- Apparel (tees, tanks, sweatshirts, hoodies): 2-5 business days
- Accessories (caps, totes): 2-4 business days
- Home and living (mugs, prints, pillows): 3-6 business days
Transit time
- United States - Standard 3-6 business days, Express 2-3 business days
- Canada - 6-12 business days
- International - 10-20 business days, depending on customs
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Under $75, standard shipping is a flat $5.95. Express and international rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships. If tracking hasn't moved after 48 hours, it usually just means the carrier hasn't scanned it yet.
Split shipments
Orders with items from different product families may ship separately at no extra cost. You'll get tracking for each parcel.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. Once production starts we can't reroute the parcel.
